RESTORATIVE YOGA (75 min.)
A peaceful blend of seated, prone, and supine postures.
YOGA VINYASA (1 Hour or longer)
Strength and movement, from one pose to another, are designed to create heat in the body.

Y12SR (approximately 2 hours)
Yoga for 12 Step Recovery integrates the wisdom of yoga and the practical tools of 12-step programs.
Tai Chi (1 hour)
A calming, quiet practice of choreographed movements to assist in balance, coordination, and stress reduction.
PILATES (1 hr)
Pilates mat classes are designed to develop “core strength”, abdominals, back and upper body.
CALLANETICS (1 hr )
Callanetics is a series of small, gentle, precise motion consistently applied that activates the muscles to tighten and tone.
BELLYDANCING (1 hr )
Just pure fun!
MUSCLE DYNAMICS (1 hr)
Combining the strength movements using resistance tubes and bands, with cardio movements!
Bring a mat and water bottle. Wear comfortable, nonrestrictive clothing. Layers are best.
